Breathing In Deep

Deep breathing promotes relaxation in the mind and the body. Because these aspects of self are so intimately intertwined, tension in one can cause tension in the other. Deep breathing increases your sense of vitality and makes you feel good in a very natural way. It promotes clarity of mind that can help you put your current situation into perspective and let go of stress. When you breathe deeply, many of your muscles and organs are stimulated and life-sustaining oxygen spreads rapidly through your body’s systems. As you inhale, you take in all that is positive, and as you exhale you divest yourself of negativity. Breathing deeply may be all you need to do to restore your sense of bodily and mental calm.
